New look

I figured out how to make my own backgrounds!! Well I guess I sort of always new how to make the background, just not how to code it when you change the html, but now I know and I think it is so fun! I was so excited so I thought I'd give our family's site a new look. Love ya Alayna

Free at last!

Dear Family,

Sorry I am so slow but June ended up being a great month at the end for Mom. She walked out of work one day--the 17th to be exact. She had had enough! It has been quite nice to be home and doing what ever I want to--like clean house! There is so much mess from me working that it is ridiculous. I am sure that Dad is shaking in his shoes wondering what I am going to throw out.

Dad also bought mom a helmet and jacket so that she can go on rides with him on the motorcycle. Nothing big mind you--just short little trips. A friend of Mom's from work wants her to go for a ride with her and her husband one of these days soon. I think that she may be quitting FEC soon too.

Guess that is it for now.

Love,

MOM and DAD

Family Visit

I am very surprised at myself that I did not snap more pictures than just these! Anyway here are the few that I did take of the cousins playing.

Yearsley's

Hey everyone! We have been busy around here! Last month seemed to be crazy--Cami broke her arm (it is healing nicely, and she will probably have her cast on another 3 weeks),we spent time with Ben's family (we had a reunion at his parents' house), and we've been finishing projects at our house (working on our porches, painting, yard work, etc). I've been working like crazy to get our blog updated and I'm almost done, so check it out for more details! We love you and happy July!

p.s. The picture is from our reunion--Ben likes to bow hunt carp. He brought one back and the kids were all looking intently at it--it was pretty funny!

Fun times!

I started my month off in Hong Kong and Tiawan with my roommates. I came back and started the Salt Lake City and Park City Farmers Market. I also went to my new school and had a tour of the school and took all of my stuff. Well not all of it because I still have stuff in my truck. I celebrated my 27th birthday this month. My roommates gave me a birthday party. They placed cupcakes all over the counter and I had to blow them out. That was really fun! I have had a busy summer and thought I would have a little time to relax before school starts again but I don't think that is going to happen. If you want to read about the trip get on my blog page. Love you all.

The Robinsons-June 2008

Hello Family, June was a great month for us as we had our first visitors! It was so much fun to have Laurie and her friends come. We did and saw tons and Lizzy fell in love with Aunt Laurie. After they left, we made sure to play with our friends, the Palmers, before they moved back to China. It was sad when they left. It has now been 2 weeks and Lizzy still asks for her best friend Addy everyday. I think that she is starting to get used to it. I am trying to distract her with another friend and it is working, I think.... Lizzy also turned 2 this month! It was a fun birthday. She was so cute opening presents! I wanted to give her more and more just to see her reactions, but we ran out.... We also found out that we are having a baby boy! We are really excited. I am now 20 weeks and starting to feel the little guy kick more and more which is fun. Adam can't wait until he is big enough so he can feel it. The 4th of July was pretty lame for us. The Westin invited all of the Boeing people to the hotel for a dinner which was nice. the best thing that they had were these little bite-sized hamburgers. Besides being really cute, they were so good! I made sure to have another one right before the food was going away! I also organized a beach outing/picnic with a bunch of friends in our ward that are still here as a "4th of July BBQ". It was so much fun! The ocean here is a nice warm temperature and the sand is fun to play in. Lizzy also for the first time swam in the ocean "without fear", meaning she would let go of us and swim. One of the best parts was having a contest of who could ride the seal the longest..see pictures, i think Adam won in the end! We are coming back to the US in 8 days and are so excited!!! See you soon!
