The Robinsons-June 2008

Hello Family, June was a great month for us as we had our first visitors! It was so much fun to have Laurie and her friends come. We did and saw tons and Lizzy fell in love with Aunt Laurie. After they left, we made sure to play with our friends, the Palmers, before they moved back to China. It was sad when they left. It has now been 2 weeks and Lizzy still asks for her best friend Addy everyday. I think that she is starting to get used to it. I am trying to distract her with another friend and it is working, I think.... Lizzy also turned 2 this month! It was a fun birthday. She was so cute opening presents! I wanted to give her more and more just to see her reactions, but we ran out.... We also found out that we are having a baby boy! We are really excited. I am now 20 weeks and starting to feel the little guy kick more and more which is fun. Adam can't wait until he is big enough so he can feel it. The 4th of July was pretty lame for us. The Westin invited all of the Boeing people to the hotel for a dinner which was nice. the best thing that they had were these little bite-sized hamburgers. Besides being really cute, they were so good! I made sure to have another one right before the food was going away! I also organized a beach outing/picnic with a bunch of friends in our ward that are still here as a "4th of July BBQ". It was so much fun! The ocean here is a nice warm temperature and the sand is fun to play in. Lizzy also for the first time swam in the ocean "without fear", meaning she would let go of us and swim. One of the best parts was having a contest of who could ride the seal the longest..see pictures, i think Adam won in the end! We are coming back to the US in 8 days and are so excited!!! See you soon!
