Firsts

There's been a couple of firsts at our house this month. First, Elle had her first birthday. We didn't do much, just kept it to our immediate family, opened presents and had ice cream cake.

Becca's first day of kindergarten was on Monday, August 25. She is going in the afternoon. She was disappointed that she did not have a recess on her first day (it was a short day and only 2 hours), but did enjoy the story her teacher read her about raccoons was go to kindergarten at night.
